The Using Conditions of Microplate Reader

The microplate reader is a precision optical instrument, so a good working environment can not only ensure their accuracy and stability, but also be able to extend their useful life.

    Microplate reader is also called elisa reader.We have different kinds of the microplate readers,but what's the conditions of using microplate reader?

    The work environment of the clincial lab device:
    a. The instrument should be placed in the position of without strong magnetic field and interference voltage.
    b. The instrument should be placed in the environment of noise below 40 decibels.
    c. To slow down the aging of optical components, the instrument should be avoided direct sunlight.
   d.operating ambient temperature should be between 15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ ambient humidity between 15% to 85%.
   e.when the operating voltage should remain stable.
   f.operating environment air clean, to avoid water vapor, soot.
   g.to keep dry, clean, level work surface, and sufficient room for maneuver.

     Operation Notes of the elisa reader:
     a. Pipette adding liquid, pipette tips can not be mixed.
     b. The warshing should be clean, to avoid cross-contamination.
     c. in strict accordance with the kit's instructions, the reaction time is accurate.
     d. Do not spill samples or reagents to the surface of the instrument, or the internal operation is complete attention to good cleaning.
     e. Do not turn off the power during the measurement.
     f. due to the kit, there will be some deviations of measurement results, so please modify the parameters according to the actual situation in timely manner to achieve optimal results.
     g. after using cover dust cover.

     When a technical fault, please contact with the manufacturers timely, do not disassemble the microplate reader by yourself.
